These Terms govern access to and use of SEOGEO.app, SEOGEO Studio and related services.
1. Services
SEOGEO provides AI visibility monitoring, SEO and GEO analysis, website audits, reporting, recommendations and related project-management features. SiteSnap or other service components may perform crawling and technical analysis.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. A client account may represent an organization and its authorized representative. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that users you invite are authorized to act for your organization.
3. Authorized websites and data sources
You may analyze only websites, analytics properties and webmaster accounts that you own or are authorized to access. By connecting a data source, you confirm that you have authority to grant SEOGEO the requested access.
SEOGEO may support connections to services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools. Access is limited to the permissions you approve and is used to provide the SEOGEO features you request.
4. Connected accounts and OAuth
When you connect an external account, you authorize SEOGEO to obtain and use the data needed for the selected project. You can disconnect an integration or revoke provider access at any time. Revocation may stop related monitoring, reports and synchronization.
SEOGEO does not require you to share the password of a connected Google or Microsoft account. OAuth credentials and tokens are handled by the service and are not disclosed to project auditors or managers as account passwords.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use SEOGEO to access systems without authorization, violate law or intellectual-property rights, interfere with service security, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, usage limits and billing are managed in SEOGEO Studio. Features and limits may differ by plan and may change prospectively. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
7. Reports, scores and recommendations
SEOGEO outputs are analytical estimates based on available data, crawls and third-party services. Scores, forecasts and recommendations do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, citations, sales or AI recommendations. You remain responsible for implementation decisions and for reviewing changes before applying them.
8. Third-party services
SEOGEO relies on third-party infrastructure, APIs and platforms. Your use of connected services may also be governed by the provider's own terms and policies. Third-party outages, data delays, API changes or access restrictions may affect SEOGEO features.
9. Intellectual property
SEOGEO and its software, branding and proprietary methods remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights in your websites, content and data. You grant SEOGEO the limited rights necessary to process authorized data and provide the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time, subject to any applicable billing commitments.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SEOGEO disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate.
