1. Free snapshot
The registered snapshot is free, so no refund applies.
2. Paid subscriptions
Plans are billed by the selected plan and cycle and renew until cancelled unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations
Access remains until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
4. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable after service begins, except where required by law or for confirmed billing errors.
